### Employee feedback earns Babel Street recognition for third consecutive year for a workplace culture that helps employees balance the demands of work and life.

Babel Street has been named a 2026 Culture Excellence Awards winner for Work-Life Flexibility by Top Workplaces. The recognition is based on employee feedback captured through the Energage Workplace Survey and celebrates organizations whose workplace cultures enable employees to meet the demands of their personal lives while maintaining high performance.

The honor continues Babel Street’s record of recognition in the Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards. In 2024 and 2025, Babel Street was recognized in both the Work-Life Flexibility and Compensation & Benefits categories.
