Obtaining Quotes and Entering into Purchase Agreements
Eligible Texas state agencies and local governments may request DIR-compliant quotes by contacting BabelStreetTX@babelstreet.com and referencing DIR-CPO-6094.
State agencies must purchase through DIR unless exempt. Local governments may use the DIR Cooperative Contracts Program. Purchase Orders are placed directly with the vendor and become effective upon acceptance.
