Dr. Stevens is an executive leader with a diverse and extensive background in government, academia, and industry. She is currently a NACD Certified Independent Director for Draper Laboratory, Moneycorp US, and a member of the Proxy Board for Hexagon US Federal. Prior to her current roles, she served as the CEO of a technology startup that provided media monitoring and advanced open-source, deep web, and darknet collection solutions to Intelligence and Law Enforcement organizations.

Prior to her private sector engagements, Dr. Stevens spent over 35 years of her career as an executive-level leader in the Central Intelligence Agency. Her roles were instrumental in using data analysis and cloud computing to modernize the technology infrastructure within the organization.

Stevens formerly served as the Chief of Data Science at CIA’s Directorate of Digital Innovation. Additionally, she held several key positions in the CIA’s Directorate of Analysis, including a role as a leadership instructor in CIA’s University and in the CIA’s Sherman Kent School for Intelligence Analysis, teaching advanced analytic techniques. She holds a PhD in Mathematical Statistics and is currently serving as a strategic advisor to the Office of Artificial Intelligence at CIA.
